Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Full Ceramic Bearings:
In addition to possessing all the characteristics of zirconia, silicon nitride full ceramic bearings also feature light specific gravity, excellent wear resistance, and high hardness. Compared to zirconia-based ceramic bearings, silicon nitride full ceramic bearings are more suitable for high rotational speeds and load capacities, as well as higher temperature resistance. They also exhibit good high-temperature strength, mechanical oxidation resistance, high-temperature load-bearing capacity, and excellent resistance to corrosive gases from strong acids and alkalis.
